The meeting of Imo PDP leaders ahead of the crisis ridden congresses just ended in stalemate.
The meeting which took place for hours in a popular hotel in Owerri, the state capital, saw senator Hope Uzodinma and chief Emeka Ihedioha meeting for the first time since their recent political wars started.
Former Governors, Achike Udenwa and Ikedi Ohakim, all members of the Federal and state houses of Assembly from the state who are of PDP extraction. Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu (Samdaddy), Chief Athan Achonu and other party stalwarts were in attendance.
All of them refused to address journalists and hurriedly went into their posh cars and headed away , but Okeomanews learnt that they moved to the house of National leader of the party, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu for the continuation of the tension parked meeting which is expected to determine if the state Congress will hold or not.
